To harmonize the minds of local players with Chan. All African players play in Europe hence the difficulty for local players to be called up as they are seen as inferior players, thus the coming of Chan. It is not bad at all.

Coach Yusuf Abubakar must be appointed to assist new coach Appiah, especially to scout for local talent in the league and elsewhere. He's one of the best in Ghana now.
