  The only problem I have with Nsiah Asare is that whilst he was at Komfo-Anokye not even a single mortality meeting was conducted. Many Ghanaians cannot hire a lawyer so their best bet is an internal system which ensures health accountability and there is no better way to do it than to continue with the weekly mortality meetings. In his new role Anthony Nsiah Asare must ensure that mortality meetings are conducted in all public and private hospitals. Akufo-Addo must give him this warning. Nsiah-Asare did not take interest in allegations of examinations malpractice at SMS-KATH. This must also change.

  I am still dreaming just to think of an association that claimed they are autonomous of government and that no need to audit their accounts so why do the GFA submit their budget to government instead of FIFA? S we pay Sannie and co with our taxes and GFA decide who should play for Ghana and who not to play. Nii Lante is vindicated and until the gov't step in and dissolve the GFA they would continue to take the country for a ride. $14.7million for what? No cup or what? This coefficient nonsense must stop.

  It doesn't make sense for government to dole out the funding, only for the GFA to claim govt cannot intervene in its affairs as per some weird FIFA coefficient rules! These guys are thieves!Nii Lanye has been vindicated!

  The minister must demand details, to the letter, how the GFA came up with the amount they are requesting. No 'appearance fees' , no bonuses for the members of the unnecessary committees.

  I suggest that the GFA goes through an intensive cost cutting training. The sport ministry should also try as much as possible to cut some cost for the GFA by going through the budget very well before approving.
