He even didnt go to abroad to get more knowledge in coaching. Akwasi appiah doesnt have the pedigree to convince a ghanaians who were born abroad to naturalise for Ghana and never played abroad. I dont think he is the right choice.

After he gets the B license, he can then do the A license when he gets the time. After the A license which can also be acquired in a short time, he can then move on to the UEFA PRO LICENSE which is the top license for national team coaches.

When the job was first offered to him I said if he was smart he would bring a good trainer and someone who can psychologically work with the players. We did not advance in the last world cup because he couldn't make adjustments as the game was going on. He looked lost on the sideline. It is very easy to say I am in charge and I know it all but the best coaches are the ones who know and understand their limitations. Even teachers in the classroom learn from their students
