Kotoko deserves its current fate. You fired your own Ghanaian coach for a 'white man'with big salary. What did you gain? It the same stupid mistake the Black Stars did. Now, they have realized their mistake and gone back for the stone they rejected.
Maybe, the management of Kotoko will also go back for Michel Osei. This should be a big lesson to all Ghanaian clubs.

There's something fundamentally wrong with the Ghanaian psyche. We are replacing our native languages with English. Now we think a white coach is a magic wand in football. It's a shame.

I don't think it's true because you vanished long before the coach-search even began.

2a. Learn the basics of English Grammar.
(In fact, I speak, read and write a few Ghanaian languages well too).

2b. Don't memorise.
You MUST be copiously interested in reading.
International publications use big words and idioms.
Read them, not as a chore, but as a hobby.
If you don't understand their words, phrases and idioms, look them up.

2c. I fell in love with vocabulary, idioms and expressions when my elementary-school teachers taught us and guided us into learning them in school and on our own because my village was very competitive with the surrounding villages. Every year, all the villages had to compare achievements at the Middle School Leaving Certificate and Common Entrance levels.

Tell your son to keep reading and researching for the next 100 years and his grammar root will be firmed.

3. I teach pure sciences at the highest levels of formal education and guide my students into avionics and aeronautics.

Therefore, I must be grammatically sound, so must keep learning all the time.

But I also read and research very wide on all subjects to keep me better informed, as learning has no deadline.

Yes, I sported the sacking of the coach due to his bad performance even the most annoying one is that he don't do anything again when the boys are playing or give instructions, big foooooool.
