  Kotoko should apologise to the Referee who awarded the penalty against them when they played against Hearts of Oak recently. Their problem now is spiritual. They maligned, lambasted and blackmailed him to everybody. Had it not been from the playback video from a foreign TV station everybody will have believed that it wasn't a penalty.
