Rubbish talk, why can't Ghanaians speak for themselves then always want to join Nigeria to our incompetent ways.

But both countries are not the only ones losing players to other counties. The TP Mazembe owner is rich and has poured a lot of money into the club. But Nigeria has more richer individuals than Congo. What is the Mazembe owner doing that equally rich Nigerians cannot do? After all, Nigeria even has more footballers than Congo. And what prevents them from buying players from other African countries the way Mazembe does?
As for Ghana, we don't have enough billionaires who will splurge on the game. So our situation will only get worse. We will continue producing players for others.
But the Mazembe miracle may also end once the owner loses interest in the club.

Adding to all that you said,
Firstly, Ghanaian players go for greener pastures outside the country simply because, they are not paid well. Even the little money being given to them, has to be in arrears for about sometimes 4 months.
These players have families who rely on them financially, so when this happens, the slightest opportunity that comes up,the player wants to go.
Also ,such a player is playing without motivation,so there is no way the player will "kill" himself for the team.
Secondly, the pitches on which premier League is played on is very sad. How do one expect clubs to perform better when there are poor infrastructure.
To sum it up, how much money or reward is given to the league champion?
The GFA could support teams that play in champion league.
Teams that qualify are cash trap.how does a team play better when they are thinking of how to finance themselves.
The burden of having to raise money for the cl and Also domestic league makes the team owners happy when they are eliminated or not playing.
I only concentrated on ghana league cos I am not familiar with Nigerian league
This is just a few ,I came up with and I believe if these are addressed, the performances of Ghanaian teams will improve.
