HIS SALARY IS FIXES AT 35,000 DOLLARS WHICH WITH A SHAMBOLIC ARRANGEMENT THAT 5000 WOULD GO TO OLD FOOTBALLERS AND BALANCE SHARED WITH GFA OFFICIALS.

HOW MUCH DOES THE PRESIDENT RECEIVE AS SALARY?

AS USUAL EVERYONE IS QUITE ABOUT THIS FRAUD.

What the newly re-appointed coach/tactician, Kwasi Appiah needs to succeed in his second coming are as follows, if I were him:

Backroom crew five and four coaches to back him up.

Backroom crew would entails video analyst, sports doctor, psychologist, stamina coach, and stellar recruiter.

The criteria his recruiter would focus on in recruiting players are pure talents, stature of players (we are tired of playing small and short players), and technical dexterity of players.

Furthermore, 'Mayilay' would need six lefties in his any set of team.

Finally, gone were the days when coaches operated under 'jack of all trade' or 'one man thousand' mode of operation. Thanks to goodness, today we have division of labour.

Hence, AA would need special coach just for defense co-ordination to change formation or pace. Sammy Tooga or Sammy Ku4 or Kuuku Dadzie can be in charge just for the defense department.

Mohammed polo can be in charge of just for the midfield, responsible for just 6 and 8 players.

Abdul Razak could also be in charge of just the offense co-ordination; and all of these guys would be under you, AA as the national coach. Imagining you reading a game and collaborating with your assistant coaches to change pace, formations, or substitutes.

It takes just one tired player to make a whole team to lose a match. opportunity, they say come but once. Time is of the essence in any match, and the team must be firing on all cylinders.

We were told by the GFA President that AA is now an experienced coach. So let's see what he is bringing to the table. Suffice to say if he fails and is shown the door once again then he must pack his bag along with all the personnel at the GFA. For it would not be only him who has failed but those who were responsible for his employment would have failed Ghanaians as well.
