  I have always said Ghana's football management and coaching will soon be in the hands of brilliant people like Yaw Preko,Paintsil,Kuffour,Essien,Sappiah,Olele and Mensah.we will do ourselves a great disservice if we allow anyone of them to start from the top instead of getting the much needed training from the lower leagues before moving to the top.Successful national Coaches and Managers have had years of training and experience in various leagues to hoen and perfect their crafts before going national.If we allow our future coaches and managers to cut corners then we will be setting them up for failure.
