However, Kotoko have the money to hire a Swedish, Turkish, English, German coaches. And that is foolishness and stupidity and incompetence coupled with shortsightedness.
This Pollack is no magician and cannot do much to quickly change the fortunes of Kotoko.We lack leaders in every facet of our lives: Sad !

Kotoko hasn't seen anything yet! Treats players and coaches as if they are not humans, will have impact on the club no matter how good the team plays. Foreign coaches, are you kidding me? Local coaches who are always better handling this club couldn't cut it and foreign coaches could? You are joking.

The team needs to go back and apologize to certain players and coaches they've cheated. The club management needs to make amend with the players this club was paying 700 and even 500 GHS a month when they were promised 1200GHS a month. A club like Kotoko cannot pay players to the fullest or to when the club promised. However, as soon as a player gets a contract in abroad then Kotoko wasn't a huge amount for training and compensation fees. Why is it that?

Moreover, a coach the club came in terms with, though was not contracted on paper but veberlly, to pay certain amount to him, however, refused to do so just because he insisted not to kiss the management's behind, deserves an apology. Doing dirty job will always come back and hunt you. Human beings are not doormats to step on them whilst going out and coming in.

I love this club but it has to treat people like humans.

KOTOKO MUST BE SERIOUS AS A CLUB. WHY WON'T THEY HIRE A COACH FROM EUROPE OR SOUTH AMERICA THAT IS WORLD CLASS? WEARE TIRED OF ALL THIS NONSENSE OF CHANGING COACHES ON A WEEKLY BASIS.
