If and only if the home based players are better than the others. I don't care where the player is based, provided he is good. We don't want to create a quota for players who are not players just to appease people.

If bstar is playing a competitive game in uganda for instance. It makes no sense to load your players with majority foreign based players. Why? Bcos ugsndan pitch is terrible and kpb for example won't even play. Most foreign based players will injure fast. U need to consider the weather and how conducive it will be for foreign based players. U need to consider their lg calendar,.cost of flying foreign based players to uganda etc..sometimes it is best for the gh coach tothink smart. If u have a quota. It gives u a chance of knowing which local based players can fit into the squad in such situations and vice versa and gives these players confidence and makes bstars competitive. But if u say select players and not worry about where they are based. Then why don't u take foreign based players like dede, kpb, Kasa, Kwarasay etc to uganda and they will come back with a draw plus several injuries. Muahahahahaaaaaaa wope wey? Kwasiakwa
