  This incident was not fatal . " Fatal " means " causing death ". The guy is very much alive , so why did the writer use the word " fatal " ? Maybe he lacks understanding of the language he's been forced to communicate in . Or ...

Maybe he lacks understanding of the language he's been forced to communicate in . Or , he is just like a parrot that just repeat words heard without actually understanding it . Or just plain poor journalism . What happened to proofreading in journalism . Are our journalist just writing anything to appear as if they are intelligent ? If that's the case , then it is considered an epic fail. Let someone read ur work before you post it on the world wide web .
