How can you graduate under 17 boys to Under 23 when we already have the under 20 boys? I think the way forward is to maintained the squad and graduate the under 17 to under 20 then the under 20 to the Olympic team. The graduation should not be wholesale but it should be done that the nucleus of the team is maintained. When we jump the gun it creates room for corruption and this is what has characterized our national teams. Coach Oti is not a planner I guess.
