  I understand the need to take care of our sportmen but if he was hit by a policeman then why not force the insurers of the Ghana Police to take care of his bills. And if the police was an off duty police then his car insurers ...

  I understand the need to take care of our sportmen but if he was hit by a policeman then why not force the insurers of the Ghana Police to take care of his bills. And if the police was an off duty police then his car insurers should be paying the bills rather then deputy minister paying the bills. Unless the deputy minister want to be seen as being compassionate. Or may be there are some details I dont know.

  He needs to sue the police department if he was on duty if not then the officer needs to be sued.
