  "These are young players growing up and the best way to manage their winning bonuses is create a fund for them and that is what I am expecting the government to do.
  
  "If the players are being paid with these huge sums of money, some will drop out of school and we will not see them again which is not good for our football. The issue of winning bonuses will always destabilize the team.

  We must remember that by and large the core of the footballing fraternity in the country are children form 'underprivileged' homes. Their mothers have used all their monies from selling waakye, banku and kenkey to look after these kids and they may be the breadwinners of their families. looking after the kids is investing in their salaries for them to be able to fall on these to help their families and to get tem some start in life. The footballing career is short and its only be investing their salaries in good ventures that will guarantee them some self respect in the future. please look after these talents.

  Thats a good idea from Tony but how our system is designed, ones ur ward is a footballer alot is expected of him by the family. Government should give them their bonuses its up to them if they don't invest it wisely
