Already Akwesi Appiah is working under pressure. Ghana don't have any decent league--they play like kokoase teams. Why call up as many as 7 players just within a month of your 2nd return?

Anyway let pray these local players are exceptionally good cos playing international matches is different from gutter gutter ball.

This idea that there are local-based players who will make a whole lot of difference in the fortunes of the Black Stars is so hare-brained and preposterous. The fact of the matter is that any player in Ghana who is any good has already earned himself a foreign contract and departed our shores. I just can't see how any of the dudui players left behind is going to make much difference. The process we have adopted is called "try your luck"; it is one born out of desperation and common sense says it simply will not work. This is no criticism of Akwasi Appiah, it is just a humble suggestion from a baffled Black Star fan.
