U just need a coach to give them the major boost they need.
Not all the local league players are up to standard but some few are good.

That to many somehow represents failure? If the senior team is so easy to enter what will be the local player's motivation once they get there? Elite sports is for the best not potential. Bstars must be for the best who are ready. Where are the best local players from last year? Elneny, salah were bought from egyptian league and straightaway you see their impact on basle and in europe.
