We all pay for over speeding when you're caught. My area, it's call super speedin tickets. There is mandatory $200 fee plus whatever calculations. He is just a repeated offender. Period!

If you simply can't obey road signs and drive anyhow, what's your beef on the road? Ban him much longer than 6 months, let him travel via train, buses and he'll learn obedience through suffering.
