  The Black Stars must be dissolved including their management . There are no impact the players show . They have never won any trophy for years now . There are no strategies that is enabling them to face any encounter . Players are invited and later abandoned or left out . They are being driven by forces which can never allowed them to work together as a team . A new and fresh team is the only solution with absolutely a good coach and a strong management .
