You had your chance and you did some great things but also caused us a lot of anguish.At this point Muntari should concerntrate on repairing his legacy and forget about playing for the Blackstars again.That will never happen.He could show his repentence by privately approaching the gentleman he assaulted and seeking his forgiveness.If he is able to do that convicingly Ghanaians will forgive and forget his rowdy past and maybe invite him into management position in the future.As for playing for Ghana,that time has passed.No Coach in their rightful mind will drop any of these high performing players for an ex renegade.

The fact is if one takes good care of himself in his youthful days by avoiding excessive sex and alcohol intake, he will still look strong in his old age. Those of us hiding behind computers and lambasting and tongue-washing our footballers, can we even run for 30 minutes when put on the field?
When a European national youth team wins a world cup, we say they are tactically very good but when an African junior teams wins we say they are over-aged. No wonder we are celebrating Chelsea winning the EPL and Man Utd winning the Europa League with all-night prayer and thanksgiving services but not celebrating WAFA for doing very well in the GPL. We still have a long way to go.

For the records, Muntari played for the Black Satellites in Fifa U-20 tournament in Argentina in 2001 when he was spotted by Coach E.K. Afranie playing for Konongo Owerriman United as a 16 year-old boy so in 2017 after 16 years, he should be 32 years old now.
