@ Yaw, check some facts before you open your mouth. Mexico have Ghana on their schedule 6/28/17 on Wed. 7:30p ET. What are you talking about dude?

Personally i think one game against USA will hav been good.
Its not even a FIFA date game so most of the clubs who pays the players their wages/salaries are not obliged to allow their players to play such an unimportant gam ...

Some of u guys are bashing the ayews but bear in mind they play in England where there is no Winter break of two or three weeks.
All major seasons in Europe except in England goes for winter break to enhance the players regenerate their Bodies n Strength.
Thats why the Premier league has the longest Sommer break than any other football league in Europe.
Sometimes we ghanaians talk too much without knowing the facts.
The date n time of these friendly games are a bit unlucky cuz the players must travel to the States n come back home n later embark on the trip to the various Countries they ply their Trades.
I like Gyan very much but now he is talkin tooo much whi cares ablut FiFA Rankings?
The rakings are a big joke to the game nobody needs such kind of thing.

I think it can be used as confidence booster. If we do things ourselves for ourselves, there is no team we can't beat so 49 is not a comfortable number.

The Black Stars have to see the match with the US as a return match for the humiliating defeat during the last World Cup in Brazil. The Ghanaian defence has to be watertight. The US is fast; they increase their attacking force with all their Midfielders exerting pressure on their opponent's defence to cave in. Quick triangular one touch passes keep their opponents defence wondering or guessing how they intend to shoot. Finally, they tap in their goals like Barcelona. When Ghana does not have the ball, close marking or 2 people defensive attack will frustrate their game plan. Ayew has to always cover the strikers. As soon as they lose the ball, he can bang it into the net. There were lots of gaps behind the attacking strikers because the Midfielders failed to run back in time to cover the midfield. During the match with the Ethiopians, the Black Stars gave their opponents ample time to reorganize as soon as the strikers lost the ball. If they had read into the game well, the results would have been different. The Black stars need to train for stamina, smart quick one touch passes till the ball is in their opponent's. Practice penalty kicks with all players, if a player misses, he should pay 10 GHS into the common funds for after games party money and practice at least 10 scoring strategies. EG: Aful or the left wing can run with the ball to the goal line and quickly send the ball to the waiting inside left or inside right in the 18 to score. I wish you good Luck.
