  sports ministry should at best close off maybe half the stadium for renovations. when the lg is over u close down the entire stadium. why should we allow incompetent clubs, incompetent public organizations like ghalca to delay the nations progress? ghalca for one never accounts for any monies they receive from stadium operations. hearts and kotoo have failed as premier clubs in the country. for all i know they prolly dont even pay taxes to the state. businesses are closed down for not paying their taxes. why dont they get a break just like hearts n kotoko? joe, if u disagree with me. tell me why n stop making blank statements
