Midfield involves a little bit of every football skill but mainly about play-making. Play-making starts with ball control and possession followed by accurate and intelligent passing. Passing accuracy and intelligence is low for Partey, compared to Essien for example. I don't understand these players Ghana produces these days. Why do they play midfield and just run around with no concern about creating scoring chances for the strikers? Badu, Acquah, Wakaso, Rabiu all play this nonsense midfield. Ebenezer Ofori is a player who shows signs of great play-making ability. Partey needs to improve on his play-making skills in order to propel his carrier to greater heights.
