  Surprisingly some idiots are trying to justify this useless and unnecessary match against an unknown Mexican side. No national of any serious footballing nation will make such and arrangement. What do you think will happen to the reputation and standing of the Black Stars if they fail to beat this select side. When the rest of the footballing world, including African national teams were playing serious friendlies against serious national teams during the Fifa open windows, we decided not to hibernate. Now we go out there to display our stupidity: and we have some people saying that the coach is just using it to try his players. Is this the best way to do that? I only hope that the USA does not embarrass us. You do not throw your reputation to the dog in the name of trying players because Fifa rankings have implications, especially when it comes to groupings for tournaments. There is no way Mexico will have agreed to such an arrangement if it was the other way round with the Black Stars engaged in another competition. They are a much more serious and forward-looking football nation.
