    It is a slow developmental process. Luckily, Ghana has enough talent to still do well in spite of some organizational flaws. It does not make sense to go and spend big money to bring the short term foreign coaches.

    Appiah is the same technically bankrupted coach, who is unable to read games and make effective changes. He just send players out there to go pass balls around without any purpose. USA will wallop Ghana.

    Kwesi Appiah is not too soft for Black Star. The players have to want it more. The coach can do his/her job, but if the players are selfish it makes the coaches job more difficult.
