Real professional coach. Can't be taken for granted
Kotoko management, a greater part of the equation, pays her coaches with ungrateful handshake. Duncan, among many others have suffered the same fate and in my opinion, it's wrong.
This money will finish and no other team will hire him. We shall see how broke he will be after a few years !!
Agreement is agreement. You must honor your contract with coach when you part with him. He was supposed to be paid,period.
Teams ii now think twice the way they hire n fire coaches. Using over8 coaches in two seasons says a lot about the clubs philosophy, none.
