Teach the boys: how and where. Not easy but doable. This would ensure 98% of our penalties will be buriedin the net. Penalty shootouts will be a delight and nit too stressful.

There was a time when Baby Jet Gyan was much more confident and his penalty taking skills were above average. He missed a couple of AFCON penalties but he continued to work hard until that infamous Uruguay penalty. As usual , as was last week's penalty against the USA, Baby Jet was in a hurry to shoot the penalty against Uruguay. Why so impatient. Why, why and why. He employed the Trezeguet technique and the ball just missed the top corner of the net and instead hit the goalpost as did Trezeguet in the 2006 World Cup.

Many great players had missed the penalty in the history of soccer. Zico of Brazil after practicing successfully for over 1000 times , missed the all-important penalty in the World Cup. Other infamous examples include Michael Palatini, Socrates, Maradonna, Ibrahamovic, Roberto Baggio and Ronaldo of Portugal.

The tradition of the of the famous Black Stars is that the captain must be the first person to take the penalty shot. The captain cannot flee from the penalty shot. The 1960s Black Stars chose Aggrey Fynn. He never missed a penalty.The torch was passed on to Addo Odamettey the Rock of Gibraltar. Odametey with hands akimbo, never ran and never missed a shot. Bulldozer Mfum and Thunderbolt/ Spunik Acquah were never asked to take penalties. Nobody wanted a murder and a goal nor want to pick the ball from the heavens or the Atlantic Ocean.The coach must make sure the game is designed towards winning without penalties if the team has no fearsome and fearless and reliable penalty shooter.

Baby Gyan was okay until he started salivating about Sarah Kwablah during The Silent Killer's training hours. How could he improve. Now he is jinxed. He may have to let the girls go and resume serious penalty shot training as if it were shaolin kung-fu.

In particular Baby Jet Gyan should begin training using an empty goalpost. Still using the inner side of the boots, he must pick a spot off the middle and closer to the ends of the goalposts. He successively must increase the speed of the shots. Then a goalkeeper must be placed in the goalposts. Baby Jet must shoot the ball at such a speed that even if the keeper guesses right, he cannot catch the ball. Other trick shots could be added to his arsenal later if his confidence returns. The next step is to blindfold Baby Jet as he takes the shot. He must practice in the rain and in the night and on sandy and grassy fields amidst lots of noise and heckling .

The Ayews have scored every penalty taken for Ghana. Infact Jordan scores them so easily. We don't need Gyan to take penalties for us unless there is a shoot out and he has yo take one.

The GFA and Kwesi Appiah have lost control of this Gyan guy.

How can he decide what he wants in the team. I have seen better Black Stars captains with humility and perform better than this Gyan guy.

He will bring down Kwesi Appiah AND GHANA time and time again.....and some IDIOTS will never see anything wrong with him. Is that the Black Stars we want and dream for? Our taxpayers money paying them?

GHANA IS FOREVER DOOMED WITH GYAN AND THIS GFA LOT!!!!

This should never happen with the Black Stars. He even stole Dwamena's goal and nobody said a word. Please take a look at the replays and you will understand me. What a shame!!!

Is it GYAN who will decide when to leave the Stars? HELL NO!!!!! H e needs to be out now to give others the free will and courage to perform..... without the influence of the selfish Gyan, who is full of himself!!!
