  It's absolutely stupid to support Gyan to continue taking penalties for the Blavk Stars. The fact is that the guy is one of those who can not perform properly under pressure period. He may be good penalty taker but when he is under intense pressure, he is most likely to fail and that is his nature and it's a situation that can not be easily overcome. He must stop breaking people's heart

  One quality of a leader is delegating. If Gyan has been missing penalties at crucial times ala World Cup in South Africa, he should step aside. Every leader knows his limitations
