Ghanaian midfielder Hans Nunoo Sarpei's loan move to Dutch club VVV Venlo has been dealt a big blow after club's failure to get him a work permit, according to media reports.
The 18-year old has been heavily tipped to finalized a loan move to the Eredivise side from newly promoted German oufit VfL Stuttgart after featuring prominently in their pre-season friendly games.
However, according to media reports, the former Liberty Professionals youth enforcer's dream of lining up for the Good Old has been shattered following difficulties in getting a work permit for him.
VfB Stuttgart have confirmed the return of the teenager to their fold citing a work permit issue as being a stumbling block to his failed move to the Nethelands.
Hans Nunoo Sarpei is the nephew of former Black Stars lateral defender Hans Sarpei.
