Edwin Gyimah could seal a deal to Bidvest Wits in the January transfer window, according to the player's advisor.
Gyimah, who is still contracted to Swedish club, Helsingborgs IF was spotted training with the Bidvest Wits at Sturrock Park this week.
However, the Clever Boys gaffer, Gavin Hunt told the media that the Ghanaian was just ‘keeping fit’, but it appears there may be more to it.
And Ryan Hartslief, the player's advisor, explained to the crew that a move to Wits is possible and that he has been given permission by his club.
He said, "He's training with Wits with a view to a transfer. He has the permission of Helsingborg and we're looking at a possible January transfer."
The 26-year-old former Orlando Pirates defender was a regular for Helsingborg last season after he signed there following his exit from Parktown.
