Swansea City club-record signing Andre Ayew will have to wait for some time to make his Swansea City debut following his return to the Liberty Stadium due to a reported hamstring injury.
The deputy Ghana skipper could not travel to Leicester City this weekend with The Swans.
The 28-year-old picked up a hamstring problem in his last few weeks at West Ham and was not involved in full training on Thursday.
He is battling to prove his fitness.
Swansea manager Carlos Carvalhal assessed Ayew on Friday before deciding he could not play against Leicester City on Saturday.
Ayew completed his return to the Liberty Stadium on transfer deadline day from West Ham United.
