Ghana striker Majeed Waris made his Champions League bow on Tuesday night for Porto who suffered an embarrassing 5-0 defeat at the hands of Liverpool at home.
Waris was brought on in the 62nd minute but he appeared powerless on the field to stop his side from the hands of the free-scoring English side. Sadio Mane scored a hattrick with Firmino and Mohammed Salah also finding the back of the net for the Reds.
The Ghana international joined Porto from Lorient in January. He has made four appearances so far but is yet to find the net.
