French giants A.S Monaco have opened talks with Ghana midfielder Kwadwo Asamoah ahead of the summer transfer window.
The Ghanaian who is unsettled at Juventus, following a sequence of injuries and struggles to break into the first team of the "Old Ladies" is expected to leave the Italian giants in the summer.
Asamoah is expected to feel the gap left by Mendy, who left Monaco for Manchester City in the summer. Other key players of the French side believed to leave this summer includes Fabinho and Thomas Lemar.
And following Kwadwo Asamoah's inspiring performance in midweek against Tottenham, the French Champions are reported to have initiated talks with the representatives of the Ghanaian midfielder.
According to French tabloids Le10 sport and Mercato 365, the Ghanaian is likely to join the former Champions League finalist.
Kwadwo Asamoah was in fine form in midweek after coming off from the bench to help Juventus beat Tottenham at Wembley and progress to the quarterfinals of the Champions League.
