Ghana defender John Boye registered his first goal of the 2017/18 campaign for Sivasspor in their 2-2 draw with Alanyaspor on Sunday.
The hard-tackling guardsman has endured a torrid time this season after been docked with persistent injuries - which has limited his game time to just eight.
But the former Rennes defender has become a stalwart in defence for the Yigidos again since returning from the long injury layoff with strong performances.
The 31-year-old continued that upsurge of form in their match against Alanyaspor as he opened the scoring in the 11th minute after his audacious first attempt struck the woodwork before connecting the rebound with a low diving header.
Sivasspor could not keep the lead as they ended the game with a 2-2 draw.
He played the entire duration of the game while Isaac Sackey lasted 67 minutes for Alanyaspor.
