Ghana defender Daniel Amartey is looking forward to returning stronger after his horrendous injury two months ago.
The Leicester City star appended his signature to a new deal which will see him stay at the King Power Stadium up to the summer of 2022 and he is aiming to go all out when he recovers from his injury.
“I am very happy to sign this contract at Leicester City,” Amartey told his club’s website.
“I am a simple and easy guy. I work hard and I focus.
“By God’s grace, my recovery is getting better and I have to be strong when I come back.
The versatile player joined Leicester City from Danish side FC Copenhagen on January 22, 2016, and has gone on to play 64 times for the Foxes scoring one goal and providing one assist.
