Ghana’s Kevin-Prince Boateng, Jeison Murillo and Moussa Wague have been added to Barcelona’s Champions League squad.
Barcelona have added Boateng, Murillo and Wague to their Champions League squad ahead of the resumption of the tournament in February.
Clubs are allowed to register three new players before the knockout stages, and Barcelona have added their two January signings and Barcelona B defender Wague.
Jean-Clair Todibo whose summer move was brought forward in the January window is not included and therefore is not eligible to play.
The full squad is available from the Champions League official website and you can check it out here.
Barcelona are back in action in Europe on 19th February when they travel to Lyon for the first leg of their 16 tie, they play the second leg on March 13.
VAR is also being introduced in the knockout stages. It’s the first time the technology has been used in the Champions League and will hopefully enhance the competition.
