Former Arsenal star Jack Wilshire has wished his close pal and ex-club mate Emmanuel Frimpong well as the latter announced his retirement from professional football at the age 27.
Emmanuel Frimpong had explained that his decision to retire was due to recurrent knee injuries sustained during his active football days.
Wilshere currently with West Ham United has been one of the loyal team mates of the Ghanaian International since their academy days at Arsenal.
"From under 11’s to first team…Frimmy it was a pleasure my friend! Good luck to you and your family in the future mate. Happy retirement @IAMFRIMPONG26” Wilshere tweeted after Frimpong's retirement broke out.
Emmanuel Frimpong has currently located to his native country Ghana as he hopes to take up the job of a scout after retiring from professional football.
Frimpong had stint with Arsenal, Charlton, Barnsley, Fulham, Ufa, AFC Eskilstuna and Ermis.
