Ghanaian attacker Emmanuel Gyasi scored for Spezia as they were held to a 1-1 draw with Trapani in the Italian Serie B on Saturday.
The 26-year-old lasted the entire duration of the game as his strike helped snatch a vital away point for his side.
Stefano Pettinari opened the scoring for the Trapani in the 35th minute of the game but Gyasi equalised for the visitors in the 44th minute as they headed into the first-half in a 1-1 stalemate.
After the recess, both teams created numerous chances but failed to score the match-winner as they shared the spoils at end of the game.
The result leaves Spezia on the 3rd position in the league table with 41 points, two points adrift of second side Frosinone after 25 matches played so far this term.
