Italy international Mario Balotelli Barwuah says he is happy at Brescia amid transfer links to Turkish sides Galatasaray and Besiktas.
Balotelli has been the subject of interest from the two Turkish giants ahead of the forthcoming transfer window.
Kevin-Prince Boateng, whom he shared a dressing room with at AC Milan, reported sometime ago that the maverick striker is waiting for a proposal from Besiktas.
However, the 29-year-old has poured cold water on the speculations, saying that he is happy at Brescia and he intends to stay there for a long time.
“I’m happy at Brescia and I don’t want to leave. Brescia is my city and I’m at a great club with a bunch of fantastic guys and extraordinary fans.
“We’ve struggled this season, but it happens in football. We wanted to do better, but the season proved tough for us.”
