Former King Faisal FC forward Sadat Karim says his salary at the Ghana Premier League outfit was GH¢30.00.
Karim joined King Faisal at the age of 17 after impressing the technical handlers of the club when his Prempeh College school team played against King Faisal in a friendly.
He played for the Kumasi based side from 2007-2008 before moving to Real Tamale United.
The former Ghana U-20 star from Real Tamale United joined Berekum Chelsea before switching camp to Ashgold Sporting Club and then to Hearts of Oak.
Speaking to Saddick Adams on YAC Media, Sadat Karim disclosed that his salary at King Faisal was GH¢30.00 but that didn’t discouraged him from chasing his dream.
He said that,” my salary at King Faisal was 30 Ghana Cedis and “all would be gone within minutes of receiving payment”.
Currently, Sadat Karim is with Swedish side Halmstads BK, playing 35 matches with 12 goals since joining them in 2019.
