Turkish giants Besiktas are preparing a mouthwatering bid of 2 million Euros plus three of their youngsters for Ghana midfielder Bernard Mensah.
The Eagles have seen their first two attempts for the Kayserispor attacking midfielder turned down, but Besiktas will make another move for the player in the summer transfer window.
