Frederick Lawson was a winner on the night
Over the weekend, boxing fans across the country were treated with thrilling and mouthwatering boxing bouts.
Some of the massively talented boxers in the country mounted the ring to pit their wits against equally talented boxers from other countries.
Dubbed ‘The Freedom Night Bout’, the much-publicised event failed to disappoint with each bout given boxing lovers who gathered at the Bukom Banku Arena a lot to cheer about.
In the full glare of the President Akufo-Addo, Ex-President Rawlings, the Minister of Youth and Sports, Honourable Isaac Asiamah and a host of other distinguished personalities, Ghana produced three champions with Richard Commey and Frederick Lawson being the biggest winners on the night.
