I know the woman sounded insensitive but the truth is rent prices in Canada have increased astronomically that some of us are seemingly struggling to get decent places to live. Between November and January I had to perch from place to place and was almost homeless by end of January this year. This is just me, how about others? As you’ve seen in the news Canada has limited visa applications due to housing crises but I guess the woman shouldn’t have compared Ghana and Canada.

Cost of living is very high due to tourism, you cannot survive bcuz of drug related crimes and armed robbery. Bahamas itself comprises of islands & u have to check the entry requirements. The crime in that country is so high that the US government has issued a travel advisory for US citizens not to travel there or to Jamaica. Bahamas consists of 3,000 small islands; most of the population lives in the capital, Nassau which is located on the largest island. Their political governance is constitutional monarch so King Charles of Britain is the Head of State. They drive on the left like UK, so don’t go there and think you’re going to drive any how like you’re going to Makola Market or Kumasi Kejetia
