  Since it's the National Budget i assume the entire country is involved, being labelled a sh+t hole country by a US president have to be absorbed one way or the other. Economic and Political policies have failed so we will turn to Religion and our current Fin Min. being a Muslim will find it handy to be served a reminder where the origins of the Religion stemmed from and find his inspiration from there
