Ghana as a tourist destination is way too expensive. Even the visa process is ridiculous. Try Kenya - simple 15 minute process online $30!
Try Morocco, it's visa-free. Tanzania and Egypt offer visa on arrival.

Kenya should be amongst the most visited after Egypt, Morocco, with almost 2 million tourists per year.
