The military should be made to play a supervisory role over the project, i.e. Consultancy.
There should be serious fiscal discipline.
I trust the military can offer us that level of integrity discipline.

The old ACCRA to KUMASI road is still under constructions. That is a different budget. It has nothing to do with the new express way.
NPP did not start any new road. It is the old Accra-Kumasi road thst is being rehabilitated and dualised
