  It's wonderful to start 2014 with such developments. Hopefully, the MOA will quickly be followed by a POA ("Plan Of Action").
  
  Assemble data also for the unemployed: where are the greatest needs of the labor market? Which skills are in the greatest demand?
  
  Similarly, accumulate data helpful to entrepreneurs: which needs in the country could be turned into new businesses? Which products are in the most dire need by the nation? Which services are lacking nationwide? Which sectors need expansion? etc.

  Library and nationwide targeted solution should always be easy for all and I mean all to read and understand - this should be the benchmark for all the promises made. User friendliness, transparency, accountability and responsiveness.
