  Can they do that with IMF funds? I thought it was to prop up Bank of Ghana reserves & balance of payments support

  This dumsor is getting ridiculous and I dont even reside in GH. Situation is definitely affecting biz in worse way and the economy is on a downward spiral. We should be making progress and not REGRESSING
