  There's no need for a public forum on SSS. The policy is simply untenable, so it should be abolished. There is no country in the capitalist world which is entertaining such policy. The Single Spine Structure (SSS) has infinite problems; both economic and social. There is a pay differential in any economic activity regardless of participants having the same qualification. The workers' disposition to their duties and dexterity in doing the work differ from one and another even though they may have the same relevant qualifications.
