where were energy commission doing before importation. Before any electrical agarget would be brought into the country the company must give one to be about six months before given the importer green light for importation.

..to let these Fridges go through the Harbour to the market. Unless the fridges have special legs.
Somebody ought to have gone to jail for this but Ghana as we know it wont happen today or tomorrow.
