  Rubbish institutions , go to Nzulezo and access the carrying capacity of the walkways and you will understand how foolish we are as people. Another catastrophe will happen only for us to do another hand shake. Until government deliberately invest to improve infrastructure at these sight and hand them over to private management with oversight checks from institution we should continue to count our loses. Nzulezo a looming danger!
